Lexus has become the leader of the rating the ninth consecutive year - this record has not been able to beat any other automaker. Compared with last year, most owners are satisfied with the crossover RX (in the past - a sedan IS) - both gasoline and hybrid versions. Second place was taken by Honda. In the five leaders also Mercedes-Benz, Skoda and Toyota. Toyota also gained two positions in the rating models - for the hybrid Prius, speaking in a segment of "midsize car", and the urban minicar Aygo.
